1. MAP & EMAP Application – The Science Behind Freshness

MAP technology adjusts the gas ratio (oxygen, nitrogen, CO2) to slow down the oxidation and respiration of food. Discussion questions revolved around the cost of implementing MAP, the ability to apply it to frozen foods, and how to integrate BotNet into the current supply chain.
